TABLE TENNIS 🏓 Rules & Regulations

𝗜. 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦
 • Reminders are sent via message only as a courtesy service.
 • Players are responsible for tracking schedules and attending on time. Absence of a reminder is not a valid reason for missing a session.

𝗜𝗜. 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 (“24-𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘”)
 • 24+ Hours Notice:

• Session may be rescheduled at no cost.
• Makeup session must be on a different day from the regular training day.

• Term Validity:

• Makeup/rescheduled sessions must be completed within the current term only.
• Unused sessions cannot be extended into a new term.

• Less than 24 Hours / No-Show:

• Session is fully forfeited.
• No makeup, refund, or credit will be issued.

• One-Time Flexibility Waiver:

• ONE emergency waiver per term.
• Not applicable for tiredness, headaches, or slight pain.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗭𝗜𝗡𝗚
 • Exams – 15 Days | Holidays – 30 Days | Medical Leave – 30 Days
 (Stamped medical certificate mandatory)

• If absent for 15+ days, Deep Sports may allocate the slot to another player from the waiting list.

𝗜𝗩. 𝗙𝗘𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
 • All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
 • If training is stopped before term completion, all remaining sessions are forfeited.
 • No prorated refunds will be issued.
 • Changes in assigned coaches or tables do not qualify for refunds.

𝗩. 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 & 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (30 / 60 / 90 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦)
 • All sessions must be completed within the enrolled program duration. No extensions.

𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
 • 3+ pending sessions near expiry must convert to:
 1 Hour Private Session = 3 Group Sessions
 • Maximum 3 sessions may be carried forward only upon renewal.
 • Beyond 3 sessions will be forfeited.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
 • Maximum 2 pending sessions may be carried forward only after renewal.
 • Beyond 2 sessions will be forfeited.

𝗩𝗜. 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
 • Players are assigned fixed training days and timings.
 • Frequent rescheduling is not permitted.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:
 • Original slots are not guaranteed after a break.
 • Vacant slots may be reassigned for batch consistency.
 • Management will try to provide the nearest available option.

𝗩𝗜𝗜. 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦
 • Deep Sports remains OPEN on all public holidays.
 • Inform management 24 hours in advance if absent.
 • Failure to notify will result in session forfeiture.
 • Closure applies only if officially informed by Deep Sports Management.

𝗩𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
 • All players must represent DEEP SPORTS in leagues, tournaments, ranking events, and official competitions.

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹:
 • Tournament registrations are submitted only through the official Deep Sports email.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱:
 • Players/parents may not submit direct independent entries.
 • Bypassing academy procedures may result in disciplinary action or termination.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
 • Only recognized tournaments and officially invited organizations are supported.
 • Participation in unofficial/private events is discouraged.

𝗜𝗫. 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 & 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬
 Deep Sports maintains strict professional standards to protect discipline and coaching integrity.

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴:
 • Promoting other academies, clubs, coaches, “free practice,” or “free equipment” to influence Deep Sports students is strictly prohibited.
 • Violations may result in immediate termination.

𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
 • Disrespectful comments, loud club comparisons, or attempts to undermine academy discipline are considered serious misconduct.

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
 • Private arrangements with coaches without management approval are prohibited.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:
 • False information, rule manipulation, or misuse of academy systems will result in immediate termination without refund.
