**DEEP SPORTS TABLE TENNIS 🏓 Rules & Regulations**

This document outlines the rules and regulations regarding the following topics:

**1. Session Reminders:**  

Players will receive a reminder message one day before or on the same day of a session.  

*Note:* This message is solely a reminder and does not require a response.

**2. Session Cancellation Policy:**  

Players can reschedule sessions only if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In cases of illness or emergencies, one makeup session per month is allowed, provided we receive notice before the scheduled session. This applies only to one session that needs to be made up within the term.  

*Note:* Marking an absence will count against you, and a makeup session must be scheduled for a different day, not on your regular session day.

**3. Session Freezing:**  

Sessions can be frozen for the following durations: 15 days during exams, 30 days during long breaks or holidays, or 30 days due to sick leave with a medical certificate from a doctor. If a player is absent for 15 days or more, we may offer their slot to another player on the waiting list.

**4. Fee Refunds:**  

Fees are non-refundable for any reason. However, players are expected to complete all sessions within the term they registered for.

**5. Session Attendance:**  

Players must complete their sessions according to the term they registered for. Sessions cannot be extended into the next term.  

*Note:* Sessions will automatically expire if not attended on time. Any pending sessions must be completed within the term they joined and cannot be rolled over to the next term. If more than three sessions are pending, players may need to participate in a one-on-one hour, which counts as three group sessions, and cannot attend a group session for the pending sessions.

**6. Scheduling Sessions:**  

Flexibility in scheduling is allowed once a month. Players may change their schedule based on availability. Changes are limited to once per month.

**7. Public Holidays:**  

We remain open on all days unless we are informed at least 24 hours in advance. Please do not take a day off without prior notification; otherwise, the session will be marked as an absence.
