DEEP SPORTS TABLE TENNIS 🏓 Rules & Regulations on the following topics

1). Sessions Reminder, 2).Session Cancellation Policy, 3). Sessions Freeze, 4). Fees Refunds 5). Session Attendance 6). Scheduling session, 7). Public holidays 

1). Session Reminder: Players are messaged a day before or the same day for a session reminder. 

Note: This message is not to take your confirmation only a reminder

2). Session Cancellation Policy: 

Players can reschedule sessions 24 hours before only. If unwell or in emergencies, one monthly cover-up is “only possible” upon an information message before the session, pending one session needed to cover in their term only. Note: Marked Absent means a session counts and a cover-up session can be done on another day of the session, not on his regular day.

3). Sessions Freeze: Sessions can be frozen for 15 days during exams, 30 days during long break holidays, or 30 days during sick leave, depending on the doctor’s medical certificate. If the player is taking a break of 15 days & beyond we may give this slot to another player in queue.

4). Fees Refunds: Fees cannot be refunded for any reason, only possible to complete sessions in the term joined. 

5). Session Attendance: Players need to complete their sessions as per the term registered. Sessions cannot be extended to the next term. Note: Sessions expire automatically, when not attended on time,

Any pending sessions needed to be completed within the term joined and can’t be extended to the next term. Also, note pending sessions needed to attend other days of regular sessions depending on availability. For Pending sessions you may be requested to do 1-1 one hour (counted as 03 group) can't do it again in the group if more than 3 sessions.

6). Scheduling session: We are flexible in scheduling once a month, Players can change their schedule upon slot availability. More than once can’t change. 

7). Public holidays: We are open on all days unless you get 24 hours prior intimation. Kindly don’t take off of your own without 24-hour early info, if so the session will be marked absent.
